Reception

The Hotel Restaurant "Al Poggio Verde" is a very new building opened in July 2003 by family Boschi, who runs it, too. It is situated in a quiet and hilly green area not far from the road that borders the river Chiese and runs through the Sabbia Valley, very rich in history, traditions and industry towards the Idro Lake, the highest and the most suggestive lake in Italy, till the beautiful mountains of Trentino and its famous resorts.

For its particular position the Hotel Restaurant "Al Poggio Verde" is the ideal place where you can enjoy a pleasant holiday or a short stay.

Another good reason to stop here is its good and tastefully cuisine that is personally cooked by the owner, Enzo Boschi. He is a famous chef coming from a long national and international experience in cooking.

His care for quality and details, his constant search for traditional flavours of the territory and their combination with the typical Mediterranean ones are the "ingredients" of Enzo's cookery. With his work he would like to become the spokesman of the improvement of the gastronomic culture in his territory of origin.
