The Menu

The Menu of Restaurant “Al Poggio Verde” links up the flavours of the Mediterranean light and creative cuisine with those of Valsabbia traditional specialities in a newer and newer refinement of tastes.

Excellent is the variety of fresh fish, above all, sea fish. This is cooked with other fresh and genuine products coming from this area.

The menu is carefully selected by the chef and owner Enzo Boschi. After a long period of national and international experience, he has decided to come back to his place of origin and to open this Restaurant with his wife's support.

This activity gives him the opportunity to express his creative talent.

 

 

Enzo's experience and his collaborators' work in the handmade pasta and small and big pastry are basic for the successful issue of any events.

Enzo's love for his place of origin and its traditions is the reason for his participation, together with some other Restaurants of High Sabbia Valley, in the gastronomic meetings and fairs promoted by local authorities and the Idro Polivalente Institute.
